Solid mixer, small shipping issue

I bought the Robot da cucina Heavy Duty and it's a beast, handles dough like a champ. The build quality feels really premium, as expected. Delivery was a bit slow though, took a few extra days than the estimate, which was a little annoying when I was keen to use it. But once it arrived, everything was packed well and in perfect condition. Overall, a good purchase but delivery could be smoother.

Got my new toaster, pretty good!

Finally grabbed that Tostapane a 2 scomparti I've been eyeing. Super easy to order on their site, no fuss at all. It got here faster than I thought, which was a nice surprise. Toasts perfectly, looks really sleek on the counter. My old one was a goner, so this was a much-needed upgrade. All in all, a good experience.

Good value for an Artisan

I was looking to get a Robot da cucina Artisan for ages but the price always put me off. Found a bundle deal during their Saldi Estivi that included some accessories. The discount made it really competitive. Felt like I got a solid deal and the mixer is great quality. Definitely worth the wait and the price I paid.

Detailed review for espresso machine

I ordered the Macchina per il caffè espresso last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, pretty user-friendly. Delivery took about 5 business days, which was within the timeframe they gave. The packaging was very secure, everything arrived undamaged. Setting up the machine was easy enough with the included instructions. I had a small question about registering the warranty, so I used their online chat support; they were helpful and quick to respond. The machine itself makes excellent espresso, the quality is noticeable. It's robust and feels like it will last. I've been using it daily and it's a solid performer. No issues with quality or function. It's a significant investment, but so far, it feels like it lives up to the KitchenAid name.
